The Alvao is a plant pot that narrows from a wide rim to a smaller base. Wavy relief lines form elongated, leaf-shaped cells all the way round. Your plant's nursery pot slides in and stays there.

Description
The Alvao is widest at the top and curves gently down to a smaller base. Wavy lines run across the outside from rim to base. They keep bending towards each other and apart again, creating a pattern of elongated, leaf-shaped cells all the way round. Against a plain wall or on a light surface, that relief stands out most.
Where it goes
The Alvao is designed for a sideboard, windowsill, open cabinet or side table: places where you see the pot from the side, so the pattern shows to full effect.
Watering
The Alvao is a decorative pot, not a growing pot. Leave the plant in its own pot with drainage holes and place that inside. Do not pour loose water into the Alvao; water the plant while the nursery pot is out for a moment.
