MorphiHome processes personal data solely in order to fulfil orders and answer questions.

Which data

For an order: name, address, email address and telephone number. For contact: name, email address and your message.

What for

Fulfilling your order (including shipping via PostNL and payment via our payment provider), customer service and the statutory record-keeping obligation (7 year retention period for invoices).

Sharing with third parties

Only as far as necessary: the delivery service (PostNL), the payment provider and, if you consent, Google Ireland Limited for website measurement. We never sell data to third parties.

Cookies

This website uses functional cookies (shopping basket and session) that are always needed to make the shop work. In addition we place, only with your consent via the cookie notice, analytical cookies from Google Analytics 4 to measure how the website is used. This includes which products you view and, if you order, the order number and amount, so we know which visits lead to an order. Your name, address and email address are not included. Google Ireland Limited processes this data for us and keeps it for 14 months. If you decline, nothing is measured, and you can change your choice at any time via the cookie notice.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of or deletion of your data at info@morphihome.nl. You can change or withdraw your cookie choice at any time via “Cookie preferences” at the bottom of every page. If you disagree with the way we handle your data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
