What are the shipping costs?
Shipping within the Netherlands costs €5,95. From €30,00 we ship free of charge.
How quickly is my order delivered?
Our products are made to order. Expect delivery within 5 working days after payment; you will receive an email as soon as your parcel is on its way.
What material are the products made of?
From PETG, a recycled plastic: durable, strong, light and colourfast. Every piece is finished by hand.
Can water go in the vases?
No. Our vases are meant for dried flowers and decoration. A print is built up from stacked layers and those never close completely, so loose water does not belong in it. If you do want a bouquet with stems, place a glass tube in the vase and fill only that tube.
Can I get a different colour or size?
Many products come in several colours and sizes, see the options on the product page. Something else in mind? Just ask us, bespoke work is often possible.
Can I return my order?
Yes, you have 14 days to change your mind after receipt. See shipping & returns for the conditions.
Do the colours differ from the photos?
The actual colours may differ slightly from how they look on your screen; every piece is printed individually.
