1. Applicability

These terms apply to all orders placed through https://morphihome.nl.

2. Prices and payment

All prices are in euros and include VAT. Payment must be made before delivery.

3. Delivery

Products are made to order and are usually delivered within 5 working days of payment. The delivery times stated are indicative.

4. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. Register this via our withdrawal page or using the statutory model form. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging; the return costs are for the buyer. We refund the purchase amount, including the standard outbound shipping costs, within 14 days of the withdrawal via the original payment method (we may wait until we have received the return or proof of postage).

Exception: products made to measure to your specification (unique design, size or non-standard colour) are excluded from the right of withdrawal. Choosing from our standard options does not count as such.

5. Conformity and warranty

We guarantee that products conform to the agreement (statutory conformity, article 7:17 of the Dutch Civil Code). If a product has a defect, please contact us within a reasonable time at info@morphihome.nl; we will arrange repair, replacement or a refund free of charge.

6. Complaints and disputes

You can email complaints to info@morphihome.nl. We confirm receipt within a few days and give a substantive response within 14 days. Dutch law applies to all agreements.
